COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Tap at SWISS airport. Light amber color with tan lace. Toasted notes of malt, caramel, hop and citrus. I had 3 of them before the flight, of course the only other option was Heineken. Still, it’s better than a Yuengling.

33 cl. bottle at at Hotel Le Saint Romain, Romainmotier. Clear, amber-golden colour with a medium sized white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, fruits and toasted malts. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and slightly bitter with grasses and toasted bread. Okay for an industrial Amber Lager.

Bottle shared by a friend, medium sample. Clear golden to amber color, medium frothy head. Aroma is slight grassy, bit grainy malt, slight cardboard. Slight bitter in taste, bit malty sweetness.

Fat.

For an industrial beer, it is not so bad. The colour is similar as a English pale ale. The carbonation is regular and foam is classical. There is a nice balance between the hop and the malt and there is one side of caramel or sweet coming from the process with the malt. It is a beer outside if the classical Swiss lager.

Kurze Review von Untappd: Probably the very best Heineken I’ve ever had ;) Warm up for some Full Measure Saison Furlong...

One of the better and still affordable beers in Switzerland. Recommended for a regular night out.

Draft. Pours reddish brown with a thin white head that lingers. It's a bit sweet and malty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
