Pours out in a clear amber colour with low head and medium body. Nice nose of hops and nuts. Taste of mild and fresh hops, caramel, nuts, torf and vanilla. Hints of flowers. Very easy and nice to drink.

UPDATED: JUL 4, 2015 Bottle in the lounge at Geneva airport, watching Flipkens-Kvitova on the tv. Came out a flattish amber brown colour. A fairly typical malty take on a lager, sweetish, hint of sugary biscuit, hops a bit flabby. I sort of vacillated between mouthfulls thinking this is quite malty and ok or this is quite crappy. Dunno. Re-rate, on tap in Zurich airport. An odd beer that I only seem to have in Swiss airports during Wimbledon! This was much nicer on tap, the metallic taste completely absent, some sweetness but nice grainy maltiness. I’d give the draft 3.2, the bottle 2.5.

The head is medium, the body light brown. It smells maltaromatic, a bit creamy, spicy. The taste is maltaromatic, a bit fruity, interesting, amber, less hoppy. OK 11/10/10/9/11/10
