Don_Rickardo (1), Haparanda, Sweden does not count Dec 2, 2003 Probably one of the best beers I know. Felt like an old friend the first time i drank it. Boystout (824), Chisinau, Moldova Mar 1, 2003 Updated: Aug 8, 2003Almost black, thin delicate head, robust malt character. Nice bitter hops all around. The name says everything. (Rerate Overall +2 (I surrender, it's beautiful)). Rastacouere (5343), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Oct 30, 2007 Considering the style, Scores ranging from 1 to 5, 5 being the most intense

Comments: Huge stunning mountainous head. Grainy, well toasted, mild coffee-like, chocolate icing reminiscent, profound beer that, as Jamtlands always does, goes beyond stylistics definition. Sweet and dry, sweet and dry, it’s a switch. Medium vanilla undertones all along. No sourness. Very full-bodied. Complex and hugely drinkable. Even goes further with swift, enclosing floral and herbal hoppy undertones. Fresh and vibrant, I believe this may very well be my favourite Swedish beer.
bark (255), Linköping, Sweden Feb 17, 2005 Bottle. The liquid is clear; the colour is very deep wine red. The compact, finger-thick foam is beige and firm.
The smell is dominated by a fruity flavour of cascade hops, but there are also notes of burned malt, toffee and diacetyl.
The carbonation is fresh with small bubbles.
The taste is rather complex with notes of burned malt and a solid bitterness and a fruity body. The finish is balanced with notes of black coffee and a fine fruity sweetness.
I like!

Citrus aroma with notes of sweet malt. Roasted notes. Chocolate, müsli, hops and spices.
Malty flavor with notes of müsli, licorice and chocolate. Burnt and dry with firm bitter finish.
