Oct 12, 2007 Bottled. Rubyish amber colour, small off-white white head. Aroma is caramel, malts, grassy hops and some metal. Flavour is acidic, fruity, caramel malty and a bit metallic. Caramel in aftertaste.

Dark nut brown color, creamy beige head, some lace. Nutty hoppy aroma. Sourish, nutty hoppy flavor, some caramel. Some grassy hops in the aftertaste. Slightly vinegardish, so propably didn’t age that well. Otherwise a bit like some Fullers’s strong ales.

Aug 31, 2007 A Sim rate (RBESG tasting): Sweet sticky aroma with red wine and grape. Nice red / dark brown appearance with a decent head. Flavour is similar to the aroma but extra sticky like teriyaki sauce.
