Bottle 50cl - golden to blond colored beer with a smooth but firm white head. Aroma promises nothing better than an average beer, it’s simply far to weak. Flavor is slightly better and is quite fresh when the bitterness kicks in. Good for bbqing, not much more. Perhaps for looking at...

Bottle. Pale yellow brown body. Frothy white head. Light hoppy aroma. The aroma is good, but hard to find. Light hoppy flavour. Ok balance. A nice lager. Has the fruity hints as other JB lagers. (Ånn, 19.03.08)

Bottled. A clear blonde beer with a big and persistent white head. Strange aroma with hops that give a "soapy" sensation. Light/medium body, hoppy, medium/high bitterness, and quite long aftertaste. Not totally balanced, but drinkable and refreshing. A strange Pilsner.

Biggish white shiny head. Faintly hazy yellow body. Sweetish earthy pea and flowers aroma, very harmonic. Dry floral, herbal aroma with notes of tea and peas. Harmonic. Slightly acidic lemony aftertaste. A bit too acidic for me. Might be too old. Should rerate. (0.5l bottle from Systembolaget, Stockholm. BBD is 2007/09.)

Dry crisp spicy. Hoppy, bitter, bubbly, sour. If you need a lager, this is was you need. Long live Evert Ljusberg!
