Cloudy yellow, really big whipped cream head.
Flavornotes of bananas, oranges and marzipan. Dry spicy finish.
Very nice.

Hazy yellow, good creamy white head. Wheat and rubber in the nose. Rubber also interferences otherwise well-balanced, medium-bodied and a bit sweet wheaty body. Unfortunately.

Oct 3, 2005 Draught. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Sour apple in aroma. Strong appleflavour with hints of malt. Mostly dry appleish finish. Close to good dry apple ciders....

Oct 2, 2005 (Draught@Stockholm Beer Festival 2005) Hazy pale yellow color with a large foamy and lacy head. Fresh, banana-fruity, slightly spicy aroma. Wheaty, slightly acidic and sourish flavor with sweetish fruitiness and hints of toffee. Light to medium-bodied, slicky palate. A decent weizen, quite similar to the Äppelweisen.
pilsnerrogge (1558), Finspång, Sweden
Jul 6, 2005 (Draught @ Akkurat,Stockholm ) Pale yellow, hazy. The head could’ve been better. Yeasty citrus aroma with a peculiar touch of Brie-cheese. Quite yesty dry. Fruity and a bit thin.
