A beer reborn after two years (or more) in oblivion. Colour as a German weisssbier should be, plenty of banana iin noese and taste. Sourness at the right level. A south german brewery would be proud of this. Maybe a bit too hoppy for style. Herr Ober, noch einmal.

Cloudy yellow, really big whipped cream head.
Flavornotes of bananas, oranges and marzipan. Dry spicy finish.
Very nice.

Jun 20, 2004 (Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, Sweden) Instrasparent dark golden appearance with a medium-sized white creamy head. Sparkling and lemony banana aroma. Round and yeasty flavour of lemon and banana. Some gentle, spicy and crispy hops in finish. Good summer beer.

Aug 5, 2004 Updated: Oct 16, 2004Pale yellow, great white creamy head. Aroms from yeast with some citrus and sweeter notes from fruit and malt. The flavor is quite complex from yeast and fruitsd, then some hops show before the caramel takes over. I liked this, one of the best weissbiers I have tried.
