Bottle conditioned, a cloudy gold with a filmy beige head. A very yeasty and zesty citrus hop aroma. Effervescent and light, easy hopping with some fruity flavours. Quite a refreshing beer.

Appearance: very pale blond color, semi-transparent. Little head, of white color and few persistent. Aroma: fruitiness of green apples, peaches and pears: sourness of lemon and grapefruits. Herby and citric hoppy. Pale malty odor. Flavor: highly malty, yeasty and fruitiness. Apricots, banana and red apples. Light sourness of lemon. Reminiscences of honey and sugar. Some rancid problem. Low hoppy finish. Palate: light body, semi-oily texture. Very low carbonation. Refreshing beer; but neutral and without own character.

Bottle, in Valdivia’s city. Has a yellowish, very turbid color. The head is average, very rapid. The aroma is weak, malty and something of herbs, humid grass. In the palate it is soft enough, the masses appear and enough yeast (Too much). In the flavor there is no much, the malty is detected, but "sticky". Flour and cereals. Has a not good finish, with something of acidity. The body is light, with a just carbonation. It is not a good beer, is regular. It is better than the commercial beers of Chile, but has nothing special.

Bottled at Backstage, Patio Bellavista Pours a very hazy yellow color. Head is medium, white and fast diminishing. It leaves a small film. Aroma has grassy, herbal hops but it’s mainly malty and underdeveloped. It shows notes of cereal, grains, dough, white bread and a touch of apricots. Clearly the fermentation period was too short. Flavor is very malty, cereally, unrefined. I get notes of bread, dough, cereal, some soft oranges and not much more. Again, unripe. Just a step above the typical macro pale lager. Light to medium body and medium carbonation. Dull finish and aftertaste. The texture is juicy. A kinda’ refreshing beer but boring and amateur-ish.
