2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours clear amber with low off-white head. Aroma is caramel with some fruitness and herbal hops. Sweet, caramel flavour with some acidity. Too low bitterness. Medium body. If not that light acidity it would be too sweet. Average beer

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle 500ml (Tuulensuu)
Clear amber color, small off-white head. Light breadyness, toffee and grain in the nose. Medium-bodied. Some toffee, grass, hints of alcohol. Maybe they have house flavor as this tastes a bit like their abbey dubbel :)

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
500ml bottle (Chmielarnia, Warsaw)
Ewwwwww, that’s an off aroma. Nice reddy amber, persistent tight off-white head. Ewww, lactic sourness in the taste too. But a very nice roast . Shame about the sourness, I can tell there’s a nice dark beer behind the flaws. The finish is actually very nice, the fullness of the roast covers the tongue. Nice nutty finish. The lacticity probably improves the fullness of the palate. I would like to have this fresh as the brewer intended.
