$.75 can at the local gas station. No joke. Yellow pour, big white head. Aroma of corn and pennies. Tastes like $.74 worth of pennies. Big finish of more pennies. This one is @$13.99 worth of pennies. No.

Pours a golden color. Smell is of apples, some sweetness. Taste is apples, malts, for 11% abv the alcohol is well hidden. Overall one of the better beers I have had from this brewery.

Bottle.
A - Extremely clear, light gold color. Very foamy, bubbly, light, medium sized, white head. Disappears pretty fast with no lace.
S - Apple cider vinegar straight up. That’s pretty much it unfortunately. Maybe a touch of fresh tart apple as well. Overall very appley.
T - Just like the nose, the flavor is dominated by apple cider vinegar. Some light cooked vegetable and malty flavor as well. Alcohol is very well hidden.
M - So thin with a lot of carbonation. Very watery with a slight drying finish.
D - I’m going to be honest, I’m only going to drink this to get drunk. I know that’s usually said about most malt liquors, but I think this about more than other malt liquors. It doesn’t taste horrible, but it is nowhere close to appealing.
Notes: Well I paid 62 cents for a 24 oz can of this and overall it was probably worth that for what it is, a very cheap drunk drink. Pretty much a mix of apple cider and apple cider vinegar. Some maltiness on the taste. Very easy to drink fast and doesn’t taste like a high alcohol malt liquor. Final words... It is what it is and only expect that and you won’t be disappointed.

Can: Cider vinegar aroma, substantially rubbery. Clear yellow, medium white head. Much cleaner flavor of apples. Rubber returns in the finish. A bit cloying. Not very beery or strong, but one of the least offending beers I’ve had from City.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Tmoney99 (8792) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 4, 2010
Can 24 OZ. Poured clear pale color with a medium to large frothy white head that mostly lastd with fair lacing. Light grainy malt and small hop aroma. Medium body with a thick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate sweet flavor with a moderate grainy sweet finish of short duration. Cold wet alcohol with some character.

24 oz. can - shared by riversideak; pours crystal clear light gold with thin, foamy bright white head; mild aromas of syrupy corn, lemon peels, pecans; light carbonation with thin texture and flavors of light corn, stale sugars; flavor profile is quite light compared to other malt liquors with none of the gassy phenols; results is a very drinkable beer, but quite flavorless at the same time
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 bvc (1103) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - JAN 28, 2010
24oz can from malt liqour hookup, riversideak. Clear light golden with a tight small bit of white head. Pretty sweet looking can! Nose is corn, apple and a grape alcohol thing going on. Thin and watery with moderate carb. Corny and really quite artificial. Nothing overly offensive going on here.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 riversideAK (5413) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - JAN 28, 2010
Well nose is of corn. Creamed corn maybe and a little garbage and a light hint of body odor. Pale golden decent head retention. Corn bread, a stack of week old grass and sweet adjunct laden sugars. Medium carb, not much of a finish. Not as bad as the other two dudes rated it when rated to style.
0.7 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20 garrison (717) - Cin. city, Ohio, USA - MAY 12, 2009
From a twenty-four ounce can purchased at "New York Market", a ghetto grocery store in Cincinnati, Ohio -This one pours a fizzy, straw-colored brew with the aroma of tin, sweet corn, and spinach. Tastewise, it was mostly alcohol burn with a touch of rotting fruit. Not good.
