Clear light orange color with thin white head. Light sprucy hop nose. Well balanced hop and biscuity malt flavors. Slight hop bitterness at the end which lingers. Aurelius (2507), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Dec 30, 2006 Oaky, gold-brown, filmy head. Lightly floral, slightly plummy, medium sweet ale aroma. Lightly roasted , hoppy, a little oversparged, some diacetyl. Bitter finish, medium to mediuim light body. Mix a west coast brown with an English PA and this is what you get. Finish overstays its welcome a bit. Suttree (2355), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Nov 19, 2006 Cloudy brownish copper, thin head. Clean, floral hop aroma. Crisp earthy hops on a base of toasty, mildly sweet malts. Nice session ale.
