Pours a golden straw color with a dissipating foam head that almost disappears. The aroma has a mild wheat scent, oak, yeast, minor sour notes, banana, and an herbal lemon raspberry scent. Tasting I noticed a sour lemon intensity, good malted wheat flavor, mild sweetness, and a good yeast taste. The sour and lemon dominate more than to my liking but this is still a fine beverage. I enjoyed the complexity of the two yeast strains of the lacto and brett. For me that blending of yeast strains makes it a tad different than a typical berliner weisse. Overall this was a drinkable and very refreshing brew.

Bottle, poured by Brad as he slowly dropped his pants. Pours a hazy dark yellow with a few hairs from him dipping each nipple in it. Aroma is manass banana and raspberry . Mild tart flavor that I could enjoy more without the banana or a naked dude grabbing his ankles in front of me. Acidic finish with a mild peach note. Damnit, Brad, I dont buy into the thought that if we are both straight, what we do together is not gay. Now let me drink.
