Bottle thanks to Dan. Pours a clear yellow color with a large white head. A big sour woody nose. The flavor is rich sour lemons, funkiness, hell is brett in here, a nice zesty and carbed palate. This is amazing at 4%. Loads of flavor and super drinkable.

Light golden pour with a white head. The aroma has some nice tart wheat notes as well as some lemon. The flavor is more of the same. The lemon and wheat notes go very well together. There is a light bit of tartness. Very refreshing. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Great Berliner.

Vintage 2013 Bottle 89/250 Blond colored ale with a little white foam. Smells of funk, some anooos, some lactic character. Nice nose. Funky with nice lactic character and a clean finish. Classic berliner flavor - really nice. Thin bodied with hi carb and a dry finish. A really well done berliner.

On tap at the brewpub
This was the second in a flight. A very easy going light sour tickles the senses and provides a nice transition from the sessionable offerings to the higher gravity stuff. If this were ever on the shelves in bombers up in northern Ohio I would likely grab a bottle.

Aroma / Appearance - The golden body is exactly what a good Beliner Weisse should be based on my limited experience. Flat with very little head it releases waves of peach, mango, lemon, and only enough tartness to hint at its origins.

Flavor / Palate - Lemons and mandarin oranges tickle the palate. The profile is light with a nice lactic baseline. A vinegary aspect sticks in the throat without being aggressive. The true definition of a sessionable sour ale this should be checked out by anyone who wants something that is great for all circumstances.
