Bottle 22fl.oz.

Unclear dark brown amber colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, dark fruit, alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, a is bit odd - wird ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20120616]

Draft at Jackie O-s. Pours a hazy amber color with a small beige head. The aroma has caramel, dates, earthy notes and brett. The flavor has sweet caramel, dates, earthy notes, toffee, and Brett. Fairly dry and solid drinking. The only bottle I opened was a bit under carbonated, but still good.

Pours dark candy apple amber with a tan head. Aroma brings sweet smooth malts and a bit of fruitiness, darker. Flavor brings raisins, sweet malts, and a bit of yeast from the Brett with a bit of a resin malty ending. Delicious for my palate, old ales are usually a bit overpowering.
