Very lively kinda sweet, drys out at the end, medium body... Vanilla, peachy tart flavorful... Decent aroma, not crazy though, sour but not to the point of puckering... Nice beer, not really funky...

Thanks for the share! Aroma was nice apricot and peach aromas hidden behind some funk. Flavor is oaky with plenty of peach notes. Soft palate not overly sour. Great!

This brew was impressive from the start - pouring a hazy yellow body with a soft head. The aroma smelled of basement funk, wet oak and peaches. More oak and tart with a sour kick make for a roller coaster of flavors. Officially a fan of Jacki-Os now.

Hazy orange pour with a white head. Sour lemon and hints of vinegar with a big peach aroma. Straw, grass, and citrus zest. Some oak and hints of wine. There’s a weird green Jolly Rancher candy flavor. Sour apple, lemon, and vinegar. Lots of peach, some hints of grass, and a touch of oak.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy sour fruit aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sour & sweet fruit flavor with a medium to heavy sweet & sour finish of moderate to long duration. This is a standout beer for style.

22 oz. bottle, and I think this one was from alexsdad06- thanks again, Brad! Bottle 29/204. Pours a cloudy gold color with a small white head. Aroma of peach, white grapes, lemon, oak, straw, honey, sweet malts- has an overall sour mash quality to it. Flavor of peach, lemon, white grapes, sour candy, and oak. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a tart mouthfeel. My favorite of the Cellar Cuvee series.

22oz bottle, shared by alexsdad06. #142/204. Hazy golden orange color. Little head, little lace. Super nice tart oaky nose. Some white grapes. Really tart taste... Just short of puckering. Bigger body, light carbonation. Very light stickiness in the finish. Super good sour complex blend. Delicious stuff.

22 oz. bottle shared with the group. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. The aroma is tingly, citrus and peach sour, acidic and wood. The flavor is tart to sour citrus and peach, wood, acidic with a hint of vinegar. This was very good when released and is just as good now. Solid beer that I would like more of.

Bomber to snifter (thanks alexsdad06). Looks good; a semi-transparent blondish-orange with thin white lacing. Smells good too; tart, peachy, and funky. Tastes like it smells, with a tart, dry mouthfeel. Good beer!

Great beer courtesy of Adam(Tooch) Thanks! Aroma is tons of ripe peaches and light funkyness. Taste is quite tart and fruity with lots of peach, melon, and citrus. Really rustic and tasty. Loved it.
