Bottle 65 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with an orange hue and a small, beige head. Lovely aroma, heavy acetone and balsamico. Medium body, dried, overripe dark fruits, noble rot, again a lot of tart balsamico. Tartness kinda grows but still beautifully balanced. Very well done. 081114

Bottle (#4 of 360)... This beer rocks!... Pours clear and dark brown with flashes of mahogany and no head. The aroma furnishes loads of purple grapes, red wine, caramel and tobacco with mild roastiness. Full-bodied and oily with soft carbonation. The flavor presents a blend of fruity, dry wines and grapes accompanied by lightly sour, woody funk. Finishes tart and dry. Big thanks to darkguardian for sharing this world class, kick-ass beer!

Bottle (22 oz). Shared by mathieuc, thanks! Dark amber/brown with reddish reflects and a light ring of beige foam. Aroma of cherries, caramel, raisins, oak and light sweetness. Taste is moderately sweet and quite acetic as most of the other Jackie-O’s we had at the tasting. Cherries, caramel, oak and raisins. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Slightly mouth puckering. A tad too acetic, which doesn’t help drinkability. Nice fruity/cherry presence.
