Our latest barrel-aged sour, blending dubbles aged in bourbon and Cabernet barrels with cherries, raisins, and dark robustic 1&2.

On tap at Borefts Beer Festival day 2. Pours a cola-brown hazy with a small, tan head. Aroma has balsamico, vinegar, cola, winegums, acidic, blood orange, citric. Taste is sour, citric, fruity, vinegar. Some sweeter malty notes as well. Burned onion in the after taste, red vinous. Medium high carbonation, medium oily body.

Tap @ Borefts Beer Festival 2015. Pours muddy brown with a small brown head. Aroma is lactic, vinegary, tart cherries, dark fruits, balsamic, funky cheese. Taste is tart, tannic, lactic, cherry pits, vinegar, oaky, acidic.

Sample @ Borefts. Pours murky brown with a tiny tan head. Aroma of balsamic, cherry, vinegar, black currants, tannic notes and some cheese. The taste has some balsamic notes as well. Some vinegar, black currants, weak barrel, sweeter fruits (maybe raisins here), cherry and some funk.

Bottle thanks to George. Pours a dark ruby brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is cherry skin, dark fruit, and oak. Thin mouth with flavors similar to nose, great sourness throughout, light dry finish, very nice.

Sample from 65 cl. bottle. Dark amber colour with a thin, lightly tanned head. Sour aroma with lemons, dark fruits, yeasts, cherries, acetone. Taste is sour. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes sour with cherries, dark fruits and a wooden note. Lovely sour.

Bottled. Dark amber coloured. Dense beige head. aroma. Sourness, cherries, vanilla, boubon, spice. Flavour. Sourness, berries, bourbon, citrus, grape. medium to full bodied. Ends full of sourness, citrus and berries. Very nice.
