Bottled. A hazy brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of lacto, wood, brettanomyces, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, brettanomyces, wood, lacto, caramel, and some malt, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours unclear amber with a red hew and a small white head. Complex nose. A bit or roast, chocolate, caramel and some brett beneath. Dry and earthy roasted flavor with a bit of ash and sour cherries. Dry end. Different and interesting!

Dark brown with a medium beige head. Sour aroma with hard roasted malt, lacto, sour plums and figs. Flavor was solid sour with hard roasted malt, coffe, cherries, lacto, caramel and coffee. Finished sour. Nice.

growler @Pauls Gathering Thanks Maxx-pours an off white head that bubbles and dark copper color. Aroma is medium malt, spice hops, boozy, vinegar. Taste is tart/vinegar, medium malt, some spice hops. Interesting.
