50th rating for this brewery. 22 oz. bottle from alexsdad06- thanks again, Brad! 2012 vintage, bottle 101/276. Pours a hazy rose color with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, tart raspberry, white grape, sour candy, and floral notes. The flavor follows the same lines; kind of like raspberry sorbet. Tart and fruity, with moderate carbonation and a light-medium body. Delicious. Might be my favorite Jackie-O’s beer yet.

Thanks to errl for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a peach-orange color with a white head. The aroma is full of raspberries with some biscuit and wheat notes. The flavor is just about the same. I get some tart raspberry character as well as some biscuit malt. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Very easy to drink. Very nice.

Pours a peachy pink salmon color with a trace of bubble. On the nose its ripe tart raspberry right upfront with some back notes of funky wood, jello, fruity pebbles and some lemon. On the palate its a perfect balance between sweet sour and tart. Round jello smoothness of fresh raspberries on the front sliding into a tart sour funky mid palate and a juicy fruit heavy finish. Nice touches of barrel funk and sourness... a real treat !

Bottle - Pours hazy pink with a bubbly ring of white head. Nose is raspberries--seeds and all--with mineral, light yeast, lemony notes, and a mild cheesy funk. Taste is a yogurty lemon citrus with lots of dry raspberry, cheese funk, and mineral. Some oak on the finish. Slick and medium-bodied with ample carbonation. Very refreshing.

22oz bottle from the latest release. Pours a clear pink with a white head. Nose is raspberries, tart berries, citrusy and slight barnyardy brett, oak, and a vinous tartness. Flavor follows: raspberries up front followed by oak, tart fruit, some vinegar, and some light brett. Light in body and very interesting overall.
