Lime, brett, and persimmon nose. Clear golden, medium head. Sour lime flavor, a little brett. Tasty and super clean, not extremely funky, but tastefully balanced. Quite nice.

Bomber shared by Travlr at the WWGT2D? Charlottesville tasting, 4/5/14. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a large frothy white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of scuppernongs, tropical and syrupy fruit, peppery funk. The taste is dry, peppery funk, dry tropical fruits. Medium bodied.

Bottle @ The WWGT2D? Tasting. Gold pour with a small head. The nose is pillowy brett, marshmallow. Dusty countryside. Pinapple and apricot fruit salad. The taste is pineapple. Dry brett. Angel food cake. Light body, soft carbonation. Nice stuff.

Cumming GA tasting. Thanks EricTeusink for bring this one up. This was not overly complex in any fashion, but the brett developed nicely for this medium tart, lightly funky brew. I get some light fruits and mango, crisp malt with a little orange peel. Flavor is held back.

Tasting with westmeister. Clear golden pour. Earthy dirty aroma. Bitter sour flavor and some light apple fruit. After the yeast I struggle to identify many other flavors but the yeast and brett add a bit of uniqueness here.

Forsyth County Bumble Tasting. Pours completely clear pear with minimal white head. Scent is fruit which I can only assume is Paw Paw and earth. Sweet to funk taste that would be better if not for a bit of aftertaste. Light medium body with ample carbonation. Bottle - Shared at Tasting

Exactly what I was in the mood for. Pours and orange sunset hue with thin white head. Aroma of some melon, starburst fruit and Brett. Taste is first sour, funky, melon, some mango, refreshing. Light body medium carbonation.

Bomber to snifter (shared with some of the NC crew). Looks solid; a transparent gold with thin white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells mildly bretty with notes of paw paw fruit. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel and fairly dry finish. Solid, but nothing special.

Pours a clear golden yellow with a soft carbonation and a dissipating head. The aroma is of brett, mango fruit, a soft funk, mild tropical hop notes, and yeast scents. While tasting I noticed a mild tartness with a moderate bitterness. I also could taste mango fruit, barnyard yeast notes, light malted grains, and citrus. The finish is a blend of mild tartness, fruit, bitterness, and yeast. The finish lingers but was not unpleasant. Overall a good beverage, I enjoyed it very much.

Bottle shared late night RBWG. Pours clear yellow with a bubbly white head. The nose has brett, dry melon, grapefruit. Light sweet flavor, very clean. Mild citrus pith, mild funk. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish, mild juicy pale citrus, good bretty funk, slight grassy bitterness. Wonderful.
