Private pour at EBF lecture session. Hazy Light copper with a light tan head. Lots of fresh tropical fruit (although no idea what paw paw is but I would guess that is what it is), bit of funk and definitely Brett. Good strong carbonation, medium body, tart and sour, very dry, mango sweetness towards the end to balance things out a bit. Very nice.

Bottle shared at a recent BA/RB tasting... Poured hazy, pale yellow with a billowy white head. Light fruits, tropical fruits, melon, citrus with some drying yeast spice and tartness. A bit funky, and yeasty especially towards the finish.

Bottle @ Armin’s house. Hazy, light orange appearance with a small white head that’s fairly carbonated. Funky, pineapple, mango citrusy, tart fruity, bretty aroma. Well carbonated. Tangy, tart lemon/mango/pineapple, tangy, light pale malty, lemon flavor. Tart and tasty. Nice one, guys!

Pour out of 22 oz bottle, big thanks to Aaron for the pour! Pour is hazy orange with thin white head, aroma has notes of pineapple, biscuit, mango, some slight caramel notes in there as well, hints of funk. Taste is a really nice mix of pineapple, lemon, lactic acid, hints of biscuit and bread, touch of tropical fruit, finishes a bit sweet, tart, and fairly dry. Nice stuff!

22oz bottle courtesy of GatorGuy92. Thanks, Matt! Pours a very hazy yellow with big receding white head. Nose is tropical fruit, some crushed aspirin, sweet malt, and hints of citrus. Flavor is a wonderful blend of sweet and wild- tartness, citrus, malt, mango?, and hints of vinegar. Awesomeness in a bottle. Very enjoyable.

22oz bottle. Rating #22. Golden, glowing orange pour with a small white head. Sweet and funky aroma, kind of a watermelon thing going on. Light tartness, and a bit dry. Tasty stuff. (2105)

This poured a semi cloudy darker yellow color with a white head. Aroma was lots of tart citrusy and fleshy fruit, light brett and funk too. Flavor was much the same, medium tartness, a bit grainy and fruity.

Bottle … Mostly clear and golden with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. Spicy, fruity bouquet – apple, pear and apricot – some paw paw as well. Medium-bodied and coarse with prickly carbonation. The flavor is tart, fruity and a bit yeasty. Paw paw is like the official fruit of West Virginia. It’s never caught on, but I’m a fan. Bottle courtesy of darkguardian!

22 ounce bottle that pours a hazy yellow color with a soury/tart aroma that had a touch of citrus funkyness. Flavors of tart, sour fruit, and a touch of spice. Interesting beer that after each sip made me wanting more.

(Shared by daknole). Pours a hazy orange-golden color. Aroma is citrusy, tropical fruits. Taste is tart with some pith-like bitterness. Medium bodied and oily. Nice, refreshing beer.
