Bottle, 22oz. 2011 vintage. A small, off-white head sits on top of an unclear orange body. The aroma is very fruity, citrusy, mostly orange, with some pale malts and berries. The flavor is quite sourish, in a nice berryish, fruity way. Some peppery notes and a bretty hint. Full body, dry and quite carbonated. Long bitter finish with lots of citrus. Even though it’s quite straightforward and simple, I like it a lot. It’s refreshing and tasteful and really moreish. 131123

Ulfborg weekend celebration of nothing in particular. Cloudy golden with floating particles. Small white head. Subdued funky aroma with grapefruit, peach and pinapple. Acidic citrus fruity and funky flavour, almost a little too sour

Draft sample. Poured a hazy chalky yellow color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate to heavy sour and yeast aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy sour & sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sour finish of moderate to long duration. This is also a standout beer for style.

Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish, mild juicy pale citrus, good bretty funk, slight grassy bitterness. Wonderful.
