Draft at Jackie Os. Pours a pale golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is floral, some sweet honey and malty notes, dry grass, yeast with some subtle fruity notes. The flavor has pale malts, lightly toasted, yeast, mild spices, light honey sweetness and light fruity notes. Fairly dry.

Draft sample. Poured clear pale color with an average white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate honey, citrus and spice aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium fruit sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Good soft drinkable brew.

Received in a 4 oz. tasting glass. This is a Belgian blond brewed with honey and pineapple sage. 3.5 A: Nearly clear yellow orange color. Came without a head. 4.0 S: Spicy and herbal nose. Clove from the yeast, plenty of sage, and plenty of honey as well. A little dry, but overall quite nice. 2.5 T: Really herbal and grassy. Sage dominates. The spice isnt as potent in the taste. The herbalness would be fine if there was a more balancing sweetness, but this is awfully dry. Honey and hay round things off. 3.5 M: Lighter body. Good moderate carbonation with a nice spritziness. Could be smoother if it was more balanced. 3.0 D: Decent beer, but has some faults that need to be addressed. Serving type: on-tap Reviewed on: 08-22-2012 18:01:08

Sample at Jackie Os during the bottle release on 8/18/12. Clear gold pour with a thin white head. Nose consists of banana, spice, herbs, honey and malt. Herb and spice flavor wtih malt and slight banana before a dry finish.

Poured on draft at Jackie-Os. Appearance is a pale, hazy gold with a nice white head of foam and good retention. The aroma has tropical fruit sweetness with the herbal qualities of sage coming through while allowing the honey to mesh everything together. I cant really pick up on any pineapple, but the guy next to me said he could. Maybe hes full of shit. I dont know. Taste is sweet and herbal, just like the aroma. Another very nice beer. Could drink it all day long.
