3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
This has been on tap alot recently and for good reason. I think with rye you are either a fan or you are not, I am a fan as I think the rye gives a unique spice to the beer that you cant get with hops. It has very good bitterness to it the finish is lingering and the rye spice is very noticeable. When it is on draft it is one I always get.

Pours a cloudy orange with thin white head. Caramel malt and pine aroma with hints of citrus. Same taste, pine and citrus with some spiceness in the end and dry finish. Light to medium body with light carbonation. Nice.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 ounce can. Served in a DFH IPA glass, the beer pours a hazy dark gold color with a half inch off-white head. Head retention is decent, and there’s a good amount of lacing. The brew smells like caramel malt, rye, light citrusy hops, toffee, and some bready malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there’s also some peppery spice and a lingering bitter finish. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it’s slick with moderate carbonation. I liked this brew, it’s definitely worth trying.

Thanks to bmoosey for this beer! Amazing freaking can art by the way. Very sweet malt aroma accented by very sticky sweet hop aroma. Very nice spicy rye flavor with a bold hop presence. Man this is a beer is very good. Would drink this all night. And

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Slight hazy orange-gold color, thin white head. Sweet aroma: mild grapefruit, caramel malt, hay, and bread. Bitter throughout and in the finish. Oily mouthfeel and feels heavier than it actually is.

Can. So this beer pours a hazy and orangish gold with a thin head. Aromas are sweet and tangy... kind of a honey and rye mix if I had to guess on a profile, but I’m having trouble describing it. Flavor is more rye tang and malt body with a bitterness that doesn’t have much of a profile to it. It’s a good beer, but more like an English IPA than an American one... with rye added.

pours clear gold with a medium white head...nice lacing and retention. aroma has light earty spice and mild grapefruit and stonefruits...subtle. flavor really shows off the rye...very earthy and spicy with a near resinous bitterness. mouthfeel is light/medium and silky with a very bitter/resinous finish.

Dewey's, Dayton, draft. Very cloudy, little head. Tastes almost exactly like grapefruit juice. Packs a punch. Heavy. Good.

Can from Save On. Clear golden with head and lace. Very grapefruit aroma with some bready esters. Nice peach apricot mild fruity sweetness with grapfruity (rinds when it is still cold) finish. Medium -light effervescent body. Excellent.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can: Light gold color with no head and no lacing. Aroma is almost nonexistent- just light hops and faint floral notes. Flavor has strong piney bitterness, grapefruit and bready toasted malts. Very little carbonation. Simple and boring overall. Pretty disappointing compared to Jackie-O’s other beers.

Now in cans, pours a clear light orange with a one finger white head and little lace. Aroma is mostly citrus and tropical fruit hop aromas, not much from the rye, but it smells awesome.Taste is mango and pineapple, the spice from the rye comes out more in the flavor, finishes with a lingering pine bitterness. Pretty solid,
