Taster on tap at Jackie-O’s during their 8th Anniversary, on the brewpub side. Totally hazy red / orange / pink, raspberry color. Minimal off-white head. Dots of lace. Big raspberry aroma, kind of dry, lightly funky.Good big wheatiness, big tart sour taste, light sweet. Bigger body. Light, soft, smooth carbonation. Delicious stuff. Fantastic way to do a double razz, don’t imagine it any better.

Draft at the source. Hazy reddish golden color. Aroma of softly sour cherry, grapefruit. Taste us slightly funky cherry. Nice.

Tap at the brewery. Pours lightly hazy reddish orange with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is raspberry, spicy wheat malt, and light spicy hops. Flavor is raspberry and earthy wheat malt, lightly alcoholic, peppery, light hops and bitterness with a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Draft pour. Pours a darker copper with a beige head of foam. Aroma is big berry, especially raspberry. Taste is on the verge of tartness, but it still has a lively sweetness. Mostly a fruity, raspberry sweetness. Lots of carbonation. For as big as this beer is, it isn’t overbearing in any way I can tell. Really enjoyed it.

Bottle @ Jews brews bbqs. Muddy burnt orange. Oxidation works here, has a softly rusty aroma, lots a woodborne raspberry. Tastes strong with a distinct quality of fruit-infused genever. Unique. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a orange-red color with a medium fizzy white head that burns away steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of raspberries and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart raspberries, sweet spices and malt. Touches of alcohol as well. The finish is fruity with a mildly hopped aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Opaque reddish pour with a thin off-white head. Huge raspberry aroma with plenty of malt and a noticeable hop presence. Flavor is raspberries right away with sweet malt and some hop bitterness in the finish. Amazingly, the 11.5% alcohol was barely detectable. This drinkable beer could get you in trouble. Could have used some tartness to the fruit, but I respect the fact that it smells and tastes exactly like the description (the double everything part) when compared to regular Razz Wheat.

Pours a clear red gold, white head. Aroma raspberries, some sweet malts. Flavor, raspberries I guess, some bitterness that really doesn’t mesh well. Very sweet, syrupy almost.
