COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crafted for the Adventurous. Six Exuberant hop varieties were paired with roasted barley and caramel malts. Toffee textures and dominated by an extreme spicy-citrus hop tang. Mild java notes over the bitterness. Hop oils saturate the palate, Finishing with grapefruit flesh and pine needles.

On tap at Jackie O's. Cloud yellow pour with a fine, off-white head. Nice lacing. Citrus hop aroma (grapefruit), caramel malt. Lots of hop bitter, grapefruit, and caramel malt. Definitely hop forward. Medium mouthfeel. A good IPA. Lots of hops, not so much malt, though not a hop bomb. A bit in the West Coast style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy from my iPad.

On tap at the brewpub - Pours dark brown with a short tan head. Aromas of grapefruit, pine and good caramel malts. Flavor is grapefruit and pine as well as some good toffee and caramel backing it up. Finish is quite bitter and somewhat dry. Not bad.

Strong beer, almost IIPA like and with an ABV of 7.1 its almost in that gray area. On tap @ The Oak Room Smells of citrus and traditional IPA, first taste is nice and bitter then fades and is overpowered by a toffee and caramel taste. Finish is slightly bitter.. a good brew needs more balance in the middle to me.
