This is that big sticky hop elixir that I have always wanted to brew. Columbus and Warrior hops lend an assertive bitterness. Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial hops give this beer tons of great flavors of grapefruit, tangerines, and pine needles. A big dry hop addition of Amarillo and Simcoe give Mystic Mama a nose to stand up to the flavor. Soon to be a year round addition.

A west coast styled IPA that uses 5 different hops (Centennial, Amarillo, Warrior, Simcoe, Columbus) giving it tons of flavor, aroma, and an assertive bitterness. 7% abv with the ability to get you hop trigger firing!

Pours golden with a thin head. Aromas of sticky pine, fresh citrus and wheat. Taste is tangy orange and bitter grapefruit. Medium bitterness for a strong hoppy front. Underneath is a toasty grain malt. Refreshingly on the light side for the package. This little gem took me by surprise. Very nice, will be adding it to the regular lineup.

Pours a hazy straw color with tons of floaters. The thinnest of white heads with some stickiness. Strong hop aroma with hints of fruit. Tastes like grass, grapefruit and some pine. Mild bitterness but it does linger.

Clean crisp. Floral hops. Felt a little watered down to me. Easy to drink. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from a can. Pours a clear golden with a moderate sized white head. Lingers well. Restrained citrus hops and moderate high malt. Taste is overtly bitter, with hop flavor in the rear guard. Moderately maltiness and high residual sugars.

As far as IPAs go, I do think there are better options. This brew is decent, I would go for others prior to selecting this. I actually like a lot of Jackie Os brews better.

Can from Vintage Estate. Pours yellow/golden with quickly dissipating white head. Grass, dirty herbs, slight bubble gum, some lemon and watermelon. Herbal and citrus notes, bread and a moderate, sticky bitter well into the after. Tasty, clean, good carb and drinkable. Yummy.

Solid hop blend is unusual with multi favors rather than brute bitterness. Very slightly cloudy golden color.

A golden color with a white head. A very big aroma of grapefruit, pine, lemons, and oranges. The flavor is very bitter with not much malt going on. This is like sucking on a lemon and orange peel with chewing on a christmas tree. As a hopehead I enjoy this but for any non-hophead or IPA newbie this might not be their thing.
