My first Jackie beer and really not impressed much with this. Just kind of another wheat beer.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On draft with a special event keg. Pours a hazy yellow with a pink highlight and a white head. Nose is raspberry, some sweetness, some bread, and some wheat. Flavor is similar with wheat and bread up front and gentle berries throughout. Nice take on a berry beer- light in body and berry into the finish.

12oz can. Amber color with reddish tint, little head. Wheat and some raspberry aroma, a little artificial. Taste isn’t really strong, just a decent beer for the hot months.

Pours hazy red amber. Medium body. Lots of wheat and malt characteristics with raspberry sweetness. Not a huge fan of raspberry in beer.

1.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
From a can, been holding on to this for a while. Has a slight orange tinge about it, but not pink or anything. Nice pour with a decent head. Smells like volatile raspberries. Not as sweet as I was expecting but since its a wheat ale, it figures. Yes, lots of astringent bitterness in there for a fruity. Difficult and medicinal at times. Yes, just another below average fruit beer that does not really taste like fruit, wew. Not impressed, not even well behaved like a hefe should be.

People are right about this. Very light. Raspberry just poorly add in, don’t seem to blend it all together.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Can: Super hazy orange with a foamy white head. Aroma is kind of "blank". Some hay, dusty wheat, must, & faint metallic sharpness. A touch of grass... Not much else. Flavor has only a small hint of raspberry, but it comes off as kind of medicinal & sharp. Light astringency in the finish. Wheat, grass, metal, vitamin-like chalkiness with a hint of lemon zest. All around, not very good.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Can. Pours faintly pinkish pale amber, small off-white fizzy head that mostly dissipates quickly leaving some residual and a bit of lacing. Aroma is kinda fake raspberry and wheat, grains. Flavor is light plus sweet, and fairly sharply bitter; perhaps more astringent than bitter; odd. A fakish raspberry flavor along with some graininess and cleaning fluid. Light body, high carbonation. Meh.

3/22/15. 12oz can thanks to tubafatness. Rosy red pour with a small pink head, mild lacing. Big raspberry aroma, on the sweet side, soft wheat. Nice flavor, good sweet raspberry, a hint at tart, soft wheat. Tasty enough.

Smells yeast and fruits! Tastes fruity. Citrus taste. Pours light yellow. Mouthfeel is light with little carbonation. Palate leaves a citrus fruity flavor.
