2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
In the can @ home, thanks to michcam for sending. Pours a touch hazy, orange appearance with an off white head. Aroma is fruity and spicy- some notes of berries, a little twang of chemicals. Moderate carbonation. Thin body. Low sweetness. Kind of stale with dull fruit notes. A little herbal. Bland and boring.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Reddish brown appearance, like what I’d expect a ruby red grapefruit juice to look like. Bonus, the head was actually pink-colored! I’ve never encountered that before. Aroma does not disappoint, with a full raspberry taste in the nose upfront and a medium gently fading finish. Taste is slightly sweet and sour, much like a grapefruit juice that kind of seems appropriate for the beer. Crisp palate and texture, a little thin feeling, maybe too sharply carbonated but satisfying. However interesting this beer may be, though, I couldn’t imagine drinking more than one. For me, it’s a novelty... It goes down easy, but it’s not heavily drinkable due to the strong fruit flavor.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft served in a pint glass at Arnold’s. Pours a hazy pink-tinted peach color with a minimal white ring for a head. Aroma of raspberries, wheat, sugary cereal, and candy. The flavor is the same, for the most part, but maybe with a little dry straw. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a wheaty mouthfeel that starts sweet and finishes very dry. I probably would appreciate this more in a taster at Jackie-O’s. A whole pint is more than enough for my tastes.
