Tap sample. Poured clear dark amber color with an average frothy off-white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy earthy fruit hop aroma. Medium to abundant body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy earthy bittersweet flavor with a moderate to heavy bittersweet finish of medium to long duration. This a solid brew.

On tap at Jackie Os. Body is a reddish brown with a thin head and aromas of tropical fruit with a slightly grapey edge to it. Flavor is yummy. Juicy hops and a decent malt presence make this a winner.

Sample at the brewpub. Clear yellow-gold color with a medium white head that diminishes gradually. Top ring of lacing with spots underneath. Tropical fruit, hops and malt in the nose. Medium-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, roast malt and a bit of pine. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
