Jul 21, 2008 Had this one on tap during brew week. I thought this one was pretty solid. It was pretty easy to drink and had a solid malty, caramel, and light roastiness to it. Solid beer.

Aug 5, 2007 On tap, at the pub. Dark, with a thin tan head. Very malty aroma, with caramel and toffee. Medium body and a bit sweet. Lots of caramel in there as well. Finishes well. A fitting tribute to Jon.

Jul 26, 2007 On tap, Ohio brew week. Pours brown with a soapy off white colored head. Aroma is caramel. Flavor is caramel, perhaps some nuttiness. Palate is light bodied and watery, medium carbonation, finishes slightly sweet. Not very good.

Jul 22, 2007 On tap at the brewpub - Pours brown with a slight offwhite head. Aromas of caramel and chocolate as well as some burnt malt. Flavor is caramel, chocolate, alcohol, nuts, and some ash. Palate is smooth with average carbonation and a somewhat dry finish.
