Dark, rusty brown pour. Lots of oak in the aroma with a soft maraschino cherry like note. The flavor is not too sour with a soft lactic finish. Notes of cherry, molasses, caramel, raspberry, blackberry and a very soft cider vinegar. Medium full body, slightly aqueous mouth feel and soft carbonation. Leaves the mouth dry at the end.

32oz growler thanks to George. Pours a relatively clear mahogany with almost no head. Not flat but with just enough carbonation to sustain the mouthfeel. The nose is raspberry and cherry with some lactic sourness and a fair amount of woodiness. Sour up front in a lactic way but not overy acetic. No real vinegar notes. Body is well rounded with notes of caramel and sour cherry. Finishes with just a touch of bitterness and lingering raspberry sourness. The best sour I’ve had from them. Quite nice.
