Our ode to summer. By implementing a sour mash procedure in our kettle, an intense lactic and sour character emerges. The beer is then fermented with our lager yeast. Finishes fruity, citrusy, dry and quite tart.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy blonde color berliner weisse with a nice white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes is a bit one-dimensional. Taste is also dominated by simple tart notes with light wheat malt also noticeable. Body is light with good carbonation. Easy drinking Berliner with limited amount of complexity.

500ml bottle from local store. Pours a very cloudy white grapefruit juice color with almost no head. Aromas of lactobacillus by products and wheat. Taste is lightly tart and semi dry. Flavors of lactic acid treated wheat. Little to no funk. Meh. It’s ok. Not exactly the greatest brew in the world.

Draft at three Penny with Linh. Pours a hazy orange body with white head that fades fast; after a minute there’s absolutely no head or lacing. Aroma is sour wheat and fresh grassy funk. Mouthfeel is medium to thin with notes of sour dough, fresh cut grass, funky wheat, citrus fruit and light sour character. Lemon seltzer soda and grain in the finish.

Pours a hazy light golden, with light head. Notes are straight forward clean Berliner, corn flakes, light sour dough, and lemons. Could drink a healthy amount of this liquid.

Bottle shared in NYC - thanks to Sandman. Pours mostly clear yellow with a creamy white head. Clean citric aroma with tart lemon and subtle funk. Light sweet flavor with light sour bite, more tart lemons, mild citrus rind bitterness, some hay. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Clean finish with good lactic tang, more tart lemons, mellow bitter hay. Solid. Very refreshing,

on tap at prohibition pig. Very pale hazy lime colored. Tart lime and sweaty tangy aroma. Very light tangy tart limeade. Clean tangy dry finish. Very light. Very crafty but why bother. Lacks the complexity and freshness of top fermented style Ok.

(bottle - 500 ml) Cloudy gold pour with a fizzy white head. Slightly fruity aroma, surprisingly, with some dry wheat and a bit of funk coming up near the end. Really tart at the start of the flavor with a very light sweetness at the end but sadly the flavor disappears quickly. No aftertaste.
