COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Deep golden in color, this low ABV lager balances Pilsner and Munich malt with an aromatic American hop aroma. This beer starts hoppy but finishes unexpectedly malty with very low bitterness. Impressively flavorful and drinkable for the lightest beer we brew. We dub this beer a "Session Lager," as we once again brew a lager in a beer style of its own.

In short: A no-style toasted and grassy golden thirst lager of exceptional quality. Wow!
How: Bottle 500ml. Consumed fresh two weeks after purchase from the brewery, bottle given to me by lushawn, thanks a lot Shawn.
The look: Crystal clearn golden-blond body topped by a medium white with medium retention.
In long: Nose is has a pleasant sun toasted hay, that fresh “lager smell” that I can never put into words, grassy noble hops. Taste is an exercise in freshness, the true lager character coming through, boiled egg whites (I’m the only one on the planet who gets this from some clean lagers), grainy cereals with a definite freshly picked sun dried hay character, good amount of grassy noble hops, a light touch of caramel. Finish has a mild bitterness and toastiness and dry grass add a dryness that makes you want to go back for another sip right away. Full chewy body with bubbles that are a bit too hard. Except for beers like Heater Allen Coastal and a few others I haven’t had an American bottled thirst lager that was as satisfying this Jabby Brau. I can’t wait for the tickers to start sharing a bottle between 6 of them and thrash the score of this fine fine beer. What a highly drinkable beer, a 500ml bottle just wasn’t enough, but for a good thirst lager like this one I don’t think I’d find any bottle size big enough if it doesn’t require two handles.

Bottle. Hazy gold with little head. Aroma is Play-Doh and flowers (in a good way). Taste is pretty standard lager with some nice hop bite. Thin crisp mouthfeel. Nice.

Bouteille.

Clear golden orange color, moderate head, decent lace/retention. Aroma is toast, pale malt, light bread, light hop. Drinkable but compared to some of their other offerings I wasn’t a fan.

Bottle. Pours a hazed golden color with a 2 finger creamy white head. Aroma is a pleasant mix of bready malt and light earthy hops. Light in body with a clean, refreshing lightly sweet flavor. Finishes dry. Real easy to drink.

Bottle poured a golden color with a thin coating of white head. Aroma has sweet lager malt, nice bright hops, fruity touches, and some grains. Mouth feel is light and the carbonation average. Flavor has a lager malt base, overlaid hops, some sweetness at the edges, and bits of grain. This is a well done lager with a great hop addition to kick it up.

Mild pine and citrus aroma. Pale amber color with some haziness. Head doesn’t last long. Has an initial bitter bite but fades to a bland finish. Faint sweetness in background after awhile. Although not bad just not exciting for my taste buds.
