3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clean, easy drinking lager with a nice fruity hop quality to it. I am not certain of the freshness of my bottle but I imagine this beer is even more special when on draft. Also, amazing value at 3 dollars for a pint bottle.

A rather boring beer, but still much better than the commercial alternatives.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours an ultra clear light golden with a thin white head that won’t stay or leave lacing. Nose is of citrusy hops, light nuts or at least husk and generally a mix between fruits and grains. Taste is moderately bitter and not really sweet while still being malty. Fresh cereals, citrus, tasty! Body is light and carbonat moderate, sessionable for sure! Pretty sure I haven’t had a better premium lager lately or even this year, these Jack’s Abby guys know their stuff!

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
I’m not experienced in session lagers, but this seems like a good one. Pours nicely with a fine head that lasts. Seems well balanced. Mild and light. Hint of citrus with something else creamy inside. Moderately carbonated.

A nice offering from Jack’s Abby. I am trying more of their beer, but guess I’m just not a lager person. I appreciate the work that went into this brew, and it is well crafted. Great balance between the bready malt and hops.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pale golden, slight haze and a slight head. Light lemon, corkboard. Scratchy enough malt, fairly disruptive carbonation and low density bitterness. Passable enough, not overly offensive.
Bottle, ScoIrl tasting
