This aromatic lager features a sunshine hue, herbal noble hop nose, and a dry finish. We balance pilsner malt with a blend of European hops and polish it with extended periods of cold conditioning. You’re royalty, now drink like it. OG 12.5 Plato / IBUs 35 / ABV 5.1%

Bottle, straw color hazy with thin white head. Malt sweetness with corn aroma. Crisp flavor, corn here as well. Light with a slight cloying sweetness to finish.

Bottle (12 oz) bought @ Winooski Beverage Warehouse.

Appearance: Clear bright pale yellow-golden with a small ring of white foam and little lacing.

Aroma: Herbal forward with chewy cereals, floral notes, noble hops and mild vegetables notes.

Taste: Light sweetness with herbal presence, peppery notes, cereals and very light grape juice presence.

Palate: Light body. Moderate to medium carbonation. Herbal finish. Mild lingering sweetness.

Overall: Crisp and very easy drinking pilsner. Just a tiny bit of flavors I don’t enjoy that much (vegetables in the aroma, grape juice in the taste), but other than that it’s a textbook refreshing beer.

Cloudy pale gold pour with a thick white head. The nose is softly spicy and peppery. There’s a little bit of light minerally character as well as some nice lemon and passionfruit. Really tasty. Cleanly bittered. Lovely.

Draft at Bierstube. Light gold pour with a generous amount of white froth on top. Thick top layer of lace. Big pilsener malt flavors. Lightly toasted puffed wheat. Pretzel dough. Honey bread. Dry grassy florals. Lemon thyme. Parsley. Chamomile. Oak barrels tannins. Faint hint of citrus sour. Rounded finish. A pilsener brewed as a lager.

Bottle from wegmans. Pours clear yellow with a medium sized white head that has solid retention. The aroma is floral and well balanced with the light malt. The taste has a light grassy note, light bitterness, a bit dry on the finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Drank from bottle. Light slightly bready aroma. Crisp in the mouth, little bit more bread. Fast finish. Very nice pilsner especially on a barbecue day
