Bottle at home in Salisbury. Pours lightly unclear yellow-gold with a foamy, white head.the nose has lots of dry biscuits, straw, some cereal grains. Light-medium sweet flavor with great balance, some lovely biscuity pale malts, white bread, touches of lemon rind, straw, sourdough bread. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, good pale bready sweetness with just enough crisp biscuits and bitter straw. Undertones of melon and lemon meringue. An absolute delight. Excellent balance, great layers for a pils. Superb.

Bottle @ home. Thanks for sending this one, Shawn. I guess I don’t have a palate, as I liked this a lot. Sort of a hazed golden pour with a smaller white head. Great honey, biscuit, and bready malts. Light bitterness of chalk and grass. Bright floral hops. Maybe just a hint of citrus zest to it on the back end.
