Draft. Rich amber beer with a dark cream head. malt and light caramel aroma. Caramel and rich malt flavor with backing PNW hops and light alcohol. Medium bodied. Rich malt and light caramel linger with backing PNW hops.

Amber colored beer with a small khaki head. Cloying sweetness, tons of caramel, sugar, and raisin. A strange fruit character, alcohol, mild citrus, and cardboard. The flavor is just as sugary and sweet. Caramel, brown sugar, golden raisins, and definitely some alcohol. Light citrus, very light pine hop flavor, and some cardboard.

For a small brew Pub is a really great barley wine. Definitely holds its own. Worthy of the Tornado. Chewy caramel and butterscotch. The hop combo is delcious and takes a backseat to the sweetness so this is not a bitter Barleywine. Medium malt. I wish they barrel aged this. Well hidden alcohol. Not over the top but classically brewed. Quality stuff. Props to the brewer on this one. Near perfect.
