COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We produce a hard cider from the ground up. We grow, press and ferment apples, then package the final product all from our facility located in Biglerville, Pennsylvania. Jack’s Hard Cider was inspired by "Jack" Hauser. This blend is named after his wife, Helen. She loved the orchards and harvest was her favorite time of the year. This cider is made with fresh apples and is sweet, but with a little kick - just like Helen. Cheers!

12 ounce can from Beer Run. Pours a clear, EXTREMELY pale yellow color with a medium sized fizzy head. Decent head retention. Aroma of tart apples, herbal notes and a faint bit of smoke. The taste is sweet apples, earthy notes. Thin-medium bodied, highly carbonated. Decent.
