This was just an overly sweet beer that smelled like maybe the pumpkin had gone a little bad (you know the smell when your jack-o-lantern has been sitting on the porch a little too long). It was so sweet that it was almost a little syrupy in the mouth. If you want to drink something that tastes like an overly sweet pumpking pie, go for it. Otherwise you can definitely do much better with a pumpkin beer than this. LilKem (1210), Marietta, Ohio, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 14, 2007 Not sure about the color. I didn’t bother to decant it. I had a six pack in hand at my local store and the owner was nice enough to point out that it was made by Anheuser Bush. He said not to waste 8 bucks and gave me one to sample. When I got home, my friends and I took a few sips before going inside. It’s really not that bad. Aroma is nice and spicy. Flavor is mild with some malt character, but dominated with the holiday nutmeg/cinnamon finish. I do however take exception to their labling. "Jack’s" as if it’s brewed right down the street or something. rmussman (906), California, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 4, 2007 Sampled a 6 pack. The box was nice and exciting but the brew was not. Should have known it after seeing the AB label on the bottle. Aroma is decent with nice spice. Appearance is more pale than I would like. Mouthfeel is smooth and nice. Flavor is an utter failure and has nothing to offer, other than weak spices and not much pazzaze. Cranberryboy (18), Bellingham, Washington, USA
