Aromas were just barely spicey. But it wasn’t offensive like some macros. Flavor was very very mild on the pumpkin. Not sure there really was any pumpkin flavor. Hints of spice and a very smooth malty flavor too. Not too bad really zebracakes (1219), Washington DC, USA

Flavor is pumpkin, malt, and nutmeg. Weak body and on the sweet side. Not bad for Michelob though! MacDaddyOJake (274), Richmond, Virginia, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 3, 2006 Light pumpkin and spice (nutmeg, clove, and cinnamon) on the nose. Most of the spice was missing in the taste though.... it was rather light and mostly malty with a hint of caramel and pumpkin in there. The flavor was slightly sweet too, kind of like a pumpkin pie. Not bad, but I don’t think I’ll ever buy it again...... henry3r (586), Wichita, Kansas, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 3, 2006 The 12 ounce bottle poured a sparkling clear deep amber colored beverage with a small fizzy off-white head that was mostly diminishing but left some lacing on the glass. The aroma was true to the beers name. It smells like pumpkin pie with notes of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg but it does not overpower. The body was medium-light with lively carbonation and a smooth, light mouthfeel. The flavor starts off slightly sweet with just a hint of the pumpkin pie evident in the aroma. This was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. These subtle flavors stayed around through the medium length finish which also had some alcohol warmth toward the end. bitter (1137), Henderson, Nevada, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 3, 2006 A restrained pumpkin pie nose, showing the major spices (clove, nutmeg, cinnamon) and some pumpkin as well, along with a light caramelization. Surprisingly most of that was gone in the flavor, which just hinted at a creme brulee type of sweetness. Spices float in the background. Finishes easy.
Orangey amber color, little to no head.

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Sep 29, 2006 Whew, I found it. I guess they are trying to hide where this beer is from because when I think Anheuser-Busch all I see is Bud...blaa. So here it goes, starts off with a medium frothy white head with thick lacing. An orangish-red color. Heavy aroma of spice. Mostly the nutmeg I smell. Spicy bitter effervescence hits you hard and strong then is gone. Subsides quickly to very faint taste of pumpkin. Very faint. Tastes more like banana nut bread to me. WOW! That is exactly it, banana nut bread. If the aftertaste was a little smoother this would have received much higher ratings from me. Thanks to Loose Cannon for this bottle. Good night. shp555 (1776), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Sep 29, 2006 Had aroma of nutmeg and cinnamon. Had a very weak pumpkin flavor. Does not even taste like there is pumpkin in the beer. Would be pretty good if it had a real pumpking flavor to it.
