1.4 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 EithCubes (3340) - GERMANY - MAY 25, 2012
Bottle marked 14.09.12. Dirty, filthy straw nose. Ultralight yellow body with a soapy white head. Dry taste, spritz of citrus and fading memory of bitterness. Light body actually had a bit of a juicy feel, otherwise, it’s down the drain we go.

0.5 l bottle. Pale golden color. Honeyish arom with hint of herbal hops. Sweet bready and honeyish taste with some herbal notes and hint of tart fruitiness. Might have lost some freshness (BB Aug 2011).
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 heavy (1490) - Split, CROATIA - AUG 28, 2011
19/08 0.5 l bottle at Jarvis pub & More, Timisoara. It poured yellow body with medium sized head. Lemony and flowery malt aroma with smaller amount of hops showed in the flavor. However, it contained some fine peachy malt, occasionally ruined with grainy notes that impair the aftertaste. Fine, though nothing special indeed.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Grima (1574) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - AUG 5, 2011
Into the glass pours a very pale yellow beer with a coarse, soapy head. The smell is almost neutral, fairly sweet. Starts very hoppy sweet, pleasant aroma hops and floral hops in the background. The middle part is slightly grainy, but the pleasant malty sweetness (paired with some floral hops) remains dominant.

Bottled 500ml. -from Bier Imperium, Vienna. Yellow coloured, medium sized white head, mild grainy nose. Sweetish malty, light grainy and slight herbal with rather bitter finish. Also quite oily. Average and boring helles.

Dankeschön an Frankenland für dieses Bier.
Hopfig im Geruch, etwas getreidig. Frischer Antrunk, herb besetzt. Ab der Mitte gesellt sich zur Herbe eine Malznote, die dann im Abgang noch intensiviert.
Nichts Neues - jedoch solide. Test vom 29.10.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Marko (3161) - Split, CROATIA - JUL 6, 2011
UPDATED: AUG 22, 2011 Bottle like the one on the pic if I remember correctly, courtesy of ogivlado who found it in Austria and shared it with me. Poured a lemony yellow body with a small white head. Eggy sweetish light nose with notes of propolis. Cornflakes-like grainy taste going oily. Carbonation bite is noticable. Boring. 4/2/5/2/9
Rerate: Fruitier, maltier nose now, herbal, sweetish malty/grainy taste. Felt it was balanced. 5/2-3/6/3/11
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Bierkrug (1666) - Idar-Oberstein (In East Africa), Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - APR 19, 2011
500 ml bottle in Germany. Pours a pale gold color, soft with full head. Aroma is spicy dust and grassy hops. Mellow malt taste, nice and grassy, light citric hop palate that is very smooth. A nice example of a Helles.
