Bottle by 05.10.12. Wheat nose with strong banana esters and a trace of booze. Hazy golden with a tiny-bubbled off-white head. Smooth medium body: lemon, banana, vanilla, wheat. Semi-dry and light scratch on the throat.

Bottle 50cl, a cloudy copper-orange beer with huge creamy head. Nose is fruity but with a dry astringent feeling. Aroma is medium sweet with intense wheat notes, fresh bread, slightly metallic, clove like, creamy body, finish is quite hopy. A good creamy hefeweizen.
