Bottle. Spicy cloe and banana aroma. Cloudy brown, big cappucino head. Sweet spicy start, nutmeg, cinnamon, orangepeel, clove, vanilla, banana. Velvetty mouhfeel, solid restsweetness and full mouthfeel. Very nice winterwarmer.

Cloudy. Strange colour, brown, like overripe banana, white head. Aroma and taste is mostly banana, some yeast, spices and wheat.

(50 cl bottle) Hazelnut brown colour, cloudy. Head is rather small for a Hefeweizen. Aroma is banana, caramel, a hint of cloves, and to my surprise some grassy hops, mainly in the finish. Taste is medium sweet with very little bitterness. Medium body, slightly sticky texture, soft carbonation. A bit too sweet and sticky to be suited for every occasion, but otherwise a very good and well-made example of that style. A winter beer, indeed.

Bottle: Vast white head, medium to smaller sized, disappears slow and a leaves thin closed lacing on top of a murky brown colored beer. Smell loads of bananas with some wheat and yeast a like notes. Very nice smell. Taste is a creamy mix of banana, vanilla, spices, wheat, floral, bitters, malts and light dry nutty. Aftertaste malts, bitters, sweets, wheat and a subtle dryness. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium body and a creamy texture. Very nice balanced and the taste is good!

50cl bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy murky orange brown color, full sized beige head. Aroma is heavily sweet, lightly wheat, some pear and lots of banana. Taste wheat, again overly sweet, banana. Soft carbonation, ok body. Decent weizen.

Brownish cloudy liquid with big off white head. Aroma of orange, brown sugar, clove and cinemmon. Taste is sweet with a little bit of weird bitterness and some sourness as well. Light body, oily body and some carbonation. Not bad but not that special as well...

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass dark, nice head. Starts strong, fine fruity-yeasty, not too dry. Some fine nutty notes, modest sweet. Finish still strong, well balanced, quite drinkable. Good one!
