11.2 oz bottle poured in a Jacobins tulip...Pours a dark blood red, that is very clear, interesting look. A huge purple head rises about four fingers, great retention and lacing...The aroma is very sweet raspberries not candied though, very similar to St. Louis Framboise. A hint of tartness of the finish helps to round this out...The taste is really nice, again sweet to start but saved by a nice strong tartness that breaks the sweetness enough to allow this to be drinkable. A very successful fruit beet, albeit a sweet one. If you like the ST Louis, New Glaurus fruit beers this is for you.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear deep red - pink head. Marzipan, raspberries, wheaty, light marmelade, high sweetness, light light acid, fruity.

Pours cloudy dark amber with a pink head. Aroma has notes of raspberries and sugar. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a very dry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear orange-red coloured with a small off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of raspberries and raspberry soda. Sweet and fruity flavour of raspberries. Sweet finish.

hazy red, smooth light red head. aroma is very artificial red fruits, cherry jam, sour note. flavor is sour, fruits, There is an off flavor, otherise quite okay.

Bottled. An unclear dark red beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has cherries and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of cherries, mált, and a bit of wood, leading to a cherry like finish.

20110616 at the brewery (25 cl bottle, 3%): A clear cherry-red beer with a pink head. A lot of aroma from fruit (blackcurrent), some almond, sour, notes of wood. A sweet taste with a refreshing sour, fruity tast. Also more blaccurrent, than raspberries. In the tast also some tones of wood and vanille. The finish is fruity sour with some bitternes. The fruit tast and aroma is somewhat artificial.

Bottle from Beer Planet. It pours clear ruby red with a pink head. The aroma is ripe raspberries with a acidic hint of lemon. Flavour is raspberries not very sweet and light acidic. Its a bit one dimensional and thin bodied but quite pleasant. Ends slightly tart raspberry like.

Bottle. Pours light red with pinkish head. Nose and taste of raspberry puree. Nose has a little basement aroma to it, some wet socks and wood. Not much. Over sweetened. Not tart or sour. Drinkable.
