Jacobins Gueuze

Bottle. Slightly hazy amber colour with a small white head. Aroma and taste of sweet fruits with a tart/sweet finish.

Amberish coloured beer with small white head and lots of carbonatio. Sour aroma. Full balanced palate. Finish is sour balaced ending dry. Weak soft geuze.

This golden lambic poured with a miniscule off-white head and a fruit aroma. It is fairly watery and slightly sweet, with some carbonation, but otherwise a decent gueuze.

Bottle at Cambrinus in Brugge. Pours amber with a decent white head. Mildly sour aroma. Near medium body. Light sour flavor. Gueuze for Dummies? Pleasant. Decent.

(25cl bottle, BB 13/01/10) Pours a clear golden body with a spare white head. Aroma of cardboard, corn, and sugar. Flavor of sweet corn, candi sugar, and cardboard.

From bottle at a cheap restaurant in Antwerp, 2008. Copper clour with brief head. Sweet, sugary nose, with suggesions of acidity. Cidery a la green apples with notes of raisins. This is cheap lambic at its best(that is worst).
