Kåstå (1221) - Mol, BELGIUM - APR 3, 2003
Copper-blond coloured beer with a small head. Fruity, sour rubber wheel aroma and taste. Medium sourness. Not as soft as in some easy drinking geuze. Rather neutral finish.

SilkTork (4738) - Rochester, Kent, United Kingdom, WALES - MAR 31, 2003
Drinkable but not interesting. Soft acid. Muted flavours. Useful to prepare the palate for a real rip apart lambic.

Nothing special. A little artificial.

A typical lambic. A little parfumated. It was pretty refreshing when I had it.

Thin, but pleasant. Nice honeyish sweetness and subtle sour flavors. I enjoyed it, but I’d prefer something more substantial.

BeerLimey (2136) - California, USA - AUG 7, 2002
Reddish amber body, slight foam but quickly dissipating. Nose is closer to a Belgian tripel than a lambic; perfumey, yeasty, spicy with a mixture of apple and banana fruitiness. Mixture of slightly puckering dryness on the palate balances against a sugarry sweetness that never really pulls through with much strength. A touch of sourness in the finish. Not very deep but pleasant with subtle complexitities.

OlJuntan64 (1266) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JUL 30, 2002
Very faint hazy amber under a short small lasting head that still manages to generate some nice lace. Faint vinous sour and fainter still sweet malt aroma. Medium body with hints of metal and alcohol, and faint woody sour yeast flavours. I didn’t get all that much sweet like other raters report. Soft bitter finish and aftertaste.

duff (5483) - St, Margarets, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 22, 2002
Nice sort of sweet tart aroma, perhaps a bit too sweet, quite sweet on the palate, and kind of refreshing, a bit thin in flavour. Yes, sweet, but not a total loss.

Bov (7364) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - NOV 5, 2001
pale orange colour, fine head, wine-like aroma, fruity, tart, sweet, lack of complexity
