Papsoe (9980), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 25, 2005 (Bottle 25 cl) Amber-coloured, rather flat head. Some typical lambic-tartness but actually the sweetness i s more prevailing - without never being cloying. A little flat in carbonation. This is an "out of bounds" gueuze as Bockor is not situated in the traditional lambic-area. It’s a commercialized gueuze, but still nice and quenching. 080795 yespr (6162), Copenhagen O, Denmark Apr 6, 2008 25 cL bottle, 1997, thanks to thewolf. Pours slight cloudy orange with a fully diminished off-white head. Dry woody and overripe fruity aroma. Light woody and medium sweet/sour flavour. Dry woody note towards an oxidised note. Ends dry and woody, slight oxidised. duff (5404), Sydney, Australia, Surrey, England Jul 22, 2002 Nice sort of sweet tart aroma, perhaps a bit too sweet, quite sweet on the palate, and kind of refreshing, a bit thin in flavour. Yes, sweet, but not a total loss. Hildigöltur (5051), København Ø, Denmark Oct 3, 2002 Perfumated, slightly metallic and tart. MiP (4927), Flensburg, Germany Dec 19, 2004 Bottle. Sour aroma. Slightly dark yellow colour, white head. Slightly sweet, slightly sour/acidic flavour. Artificial aftertaste of candy.
