On tap at some café. Bright red pour with pink head. Aroma is equally bright cherry aroma, very sweet ans candied smelling. Taste is super sweet, literally like cherry soda, no beery flavors at all. Palate is sweet but light bodied. Nice summer drink, but not béer.

250ml bottle at home. Didn’t expect a great deal after trying its cousin recently. Looks good though, rich dark red, thick lasting pink head. Strong black cherry aroma. Intense fruit sweetness on the taste, not finding much sourness. Not bad.

Sweet. Fresh-fruity cherry aroma, very pinkish head. Not bad, but there are better ones out there.

250ml bottle. Clear, deep ruby red colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, pink-ish head. Sweet-ish, slightly artificial cherry aroma, a touch of sherbet. Taste is moderately sweet, minimally tart, notes of cherry. Soft palate, soft carbonation.

25 cl. bottle @ home, bought somewhere in Belgium. Pours dark red with a pinkish head. Sweet cherry flavour. Cherry taste with the familiar lambic undertone. As far as kriek lambics go this one is decent.

I really like this. It’s one dimensional, but it’s a really nice dimension. Who can complain about the taste of cherries? Sweet, and a little sour. There’s lots of flavour here. I like it!

Not the "max" kriek as is advertised, more of a "min" kriek, but still tastes pretty darn good, and looks quite beautiful with the red body and pink head, though that fades a bit too quick. Aroma of tart cherries and maybe a touch of vanilla, not a really intense aroma, though. Taste is sweet cherries with a bit of tartness, and the flavour is actually more intense than the aroma in this case, though most times I’ve found its the other way around. A nice little beer.

I liked this. Pours a nice dark crimson with pink head. Aromas of sour cherries, cherry jam, and cherry bubblegum. Great balance of sour and sweet cherry flavors. Very tasty

Shared this chilled from the bottle with a couple of friends. Cherry flavour was strong but not incredibly authentic. The cherry flavour was followed by a skunky generic beer flavour. Probably the worst beer from Jacobins, but Jacobins has some very good beer to compete with. The smell of the beer was fantastic but the taste was dissapointinig, and taste is where it counts.
