250ml bottle. Clear, deep ruby red colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, pink-ish head. Sweet-ish, slightly artificial cherry aroma, a touch of sherbet. Taste is moderately sweet, minimally tart, notes of cherry. Soft palate, soft carbonation.

25 cl. bottle @ home, bought somewhere in Belgium. Pours dark red with a pinkish head. Sweet cherry flavour. Cherry taste with the familiar lambic undertone. As far as kriek lambics go this one is decent.

I really like this. Itís one dimensional, but itís a really nice dimension. Who can complain about the taste of cherries? Sweet, and a little sour. Thereís lots of flavour here. I like it!

Not the "max" kriek as is advertised, more of a "min" kriek, but still tastes pretty darn good, and looks quite beautiful with the red body and pink head, though that fades a bit too quick. Aroma of tart cherries and maybe a touch of vanilla, not a really intense aroma, though. Taste is sweet cherries with a bit of tartness, and the flavour is actually more intense than the aroma in this case, though most times Iíve found its the other way around. A nice little beer.

I liked this. Pours a nice dark crimson with pink head. Aromas of sour cherries, cherry jam, and cherry bubblegum. Great balance of sour and sweet cherry flavors. Very tasty

Shared this chilled from the bottle with a couple of friends. Cherry flavour was strong but not incredibly authentic. The cherry flavour was followed by a skunky generic beer flavour. Probably the worst beer from Jacobins, but Jacobins has some very good beer to compete with. The smell of the beer was fantastic but the taste was dissapointinig, and taste is where it counts.

Fairly good Kriek with a nice natural cherry aroma, went down well with the rest of the lads on the stag do

[10/9/13] Bottle at my hotel room in Brussels. Red color with nice pink head. Sweet cherry and marzipan aroma, kinda sweet and candy-ish but pretty pleasanbt. Sweet sugary flavor of cherry candy with faint tartness. Rather light-bodied. Too sweet but quite enjoyable.

Pretty decent for me. Well-balanced cherry with some mash malt. Sourness and sweetness well-balanced. Pours ruby red with decent head and lacing. Underpinnings of florals here. Not sure why this rates so badly. Bottle at Barhop.
