Bottle from Høkeren, Copenhagen. Pours a slightly hazy bronze body with a medium creamy off-white head. Aroma is pale malts, cognac, vanilla, hints of raisins and molasses. Taste is nutty malts, cognac and sweet grainy tones, with hints of paper and slightly burnt caramel. Sticky mouthfeel which really draws this brew down a bit. A bit sweet, and rather peculiar in its "infused cognac" profile, but OK. A bottle is more than enough, though.

Bottled. Pours clear and deep amber with a little off-white head. Nose of caramel and weak cognac notes. Sweet flavor with caramel, alcohol, orange peel along with cognac notes. Medium bodied, watery to oily texture and average carbonation. More dry finish with alcohol notes and a tiny bitterness.

ChrisOs Christmas Tasting. Clear amber beer, little pale tan head. Smooth semi dry palate. Sweetish malt, toffee. A little bubblegum ester. Semi dry finish. What cognac?

Bottle. Clear amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, hops and with hints of cognac.

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Hazy amber, brief head. Fruity nose. Sweetish with some metal and caramel, sugar and slight cognac. sugary finish with low bitterness. Dull.

Brown coloured and clear. Has an off-white head, medium duration. Heavy malty aroma, a bit unharmonic. Grain. Caramel. Flavor is heavy sweet too, faint bitterness. Creamy, syrupy texture and lively carbonation.
